Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your package. Please note:

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or returned due to an error on our part

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
