Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, with tags)

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your package. Please note:

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or returned due to an error on our part

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. In these cases:

  • We will cover return shipping costs

  • You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping cost

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will include the full item price

  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@stillstyled.com

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
